There are many elements that make up a successful fitness routine, but perhaps some of the most important include finding a solution that promotes energy, higher strength levels, and weight loss. For many of us, finding the right supplement can be extremely difficult, especially with there being so many products on the market.
For those who are ready to improve their fitness routine and results, and are also looking for a supplement that works, this review would like to present Thermovex a formula that may be worth your time.
Gaining a huge popularity in the recent years, Thermovex is said to be an effective metabolic formula that promises to boost the body’s metabolic rate, spike up energy, and induce thermogenesis. The manufacturers state they only use scientifically-proven ingredients, including various vitamins, minerals, stimulants, and others. This product is also sugar-free and even contains 8 g of fiber per serving, which is always needed on a strict diet.
To find out if Thermovex really is the right solution for you, simply continue reading and learn more in this unbiased review!
How Does Thermovex Work?
The Thermovex formula contains powerful thermogenic ingredients that are capable of inducing a very crucial process called thermogenesis. During this process, our core body temperature raises and forces us to increase our metabolism and burn more calories along the way.
Besides being an effective fat burner, Thermovex is also a great pre-workout supplement. The ingredients inside this formula will also enhance your energy levels and aid with recovery. Having a balanced energy stream is crucial while dieting since fatigue and low willpower often affect most fitness enthusiasts.
Unfortunately, we are not satisfied with the Thermovex product label. The ingredients formula is divided into two parts, and only one part contains proper dosing information. The rest of the formula comes in the form of a proprietary blend that hides the real quantities for each component separately. This significantly raises the risk for underdosing and side effects.
Nevertheless, here are the ingredients found in Thermovex:
Thiamin (Vitamin B1) (1.5 mg) – Represents an important coenzyme that is used to metabolize food into energy and is necessary for proper heart and nerve health. Besides this, Vitamin B1 also aids with energy expenditure and muscle building (1). Vitamin B1 deficiencies are very common and can cause serious problems. Luckily, Thermovex provides a suitable dose that will fix any potential imbalances in the body (2).
Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) (1.7 mg) – Has amazing antioxidant properties that maintain healthy blood cells, energy, and metabolism (3). Riboflavin also promotes digestion and helps in the conversion of food into usable energy. Thermovex provides the complete daily requirement of Riboflavin (4).
Vitamin B3 (45 mg) – Also known as Niacin, another essential vitamin that is used to metabolize various nutrients inside our body (5). Niacin is also crucial for the breakdown of fatty acids and improves digestion and metabolism (6).
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCL) (2 mg) – A naturally occurring Vitamin found in vegetables, cereals, meat, liver, and eggs. Vitamin B6 is necessary for protein, carbohydrate, and fat absorption (7). Our body also uses Pyridoxine for brain development, healthy skin, and a healthy nervous system. Vitamin B6 can also treat high cholesterol, Alzheimer’s disease, ADHA, anemia, headaches, heart disease, and many other health problems (8).
Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) (200 mcg) – This is a synthetic form of a very important vitamin. Vitamin B12 is vital for our metabolic system, nervous system, blood cells, and eyesight. This vitamin also aids with proper metabolism function and hormonal balance. The only problem we face with this ingredient is the dose provided by the manufacturers (9). Thermovex provides an extremely high dose of this vitamin that may, in fact, cause side effects (10).
Pantothenic Acid (50 mg) – Also known as Vitamin B5, a common nutrient found in eggs, meat, vegetables, legumes, and grains. Vitamin B5 supplementation is often used to improve athletic performance and boost energy levels. Some studies even show that Vitamin B5 lowers cortisol and therefore stress in general (11). Again the manufacturers decided to add a very high dose that is absolutely unnecessary (12).
Chromium (100 mcg) – Is an essential trace mineral that also transforms various nutrients into usable energy (13). Chromium supplementation is believed to aid with weight loss and muscle growth. However, studies show that higher doses such as the one found in Thermovex could induce serious side effects (14). Other Thermovex ingredients include: Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA), L-Carnitine L Tartrate, Choline Bitartrate, Caffeine Anhydrous, Citrus Aurantium Extract, DMAE, Green Tea Extract, Dandelion Extract, Opuntia Ficus Indica, DL-Methionine, Guarana Extract, Uva Ursi, Raspberry, Ketone Extract, Grapefruit Extract, Kola Nut Extract, Hoodia Extract, Bacopa Monneri Extract, Artichoke Extract, Phenylethylamine HCL, L-Tyrosine, and Green Coffee Bean Extract.
First and foremost, Thermovex contains a proprietary blend of ingredients that we highly dislike. These blends hide the real dosing information and may cause serious problems for all consumers. Secondly, the ingredients formula does indeed contain some effective components that might truly help with weight loss and energy. However, ingredients such as the extremely overdosed Vitamin B12, Chromium, Citrus Aurantium, DMAE, and other stimulants high in caffeine can and will cause some form of adverse effects. Depending on the user, these effects can be mild or serious, long-term or short-term. Overall, a very dangerous concoction of ingredients.
You can purchase Thermovex from the official Nutrishopusa website or through various other online dealers. Thermovex is available in four different flavors, including Cherry Orange, Green Apple, Mango Lemonade, and Watermelon. The price of one bottle is around $60. Sadly, there is no money back guarantee offered.
Thermovex does contain a few good ingredients, however, they are certainly outweighed by potential adverse effects. The formula simply contains too many controversial substances that are known to induce serious problems. Another issue is the numerous stimulants and too much caffeine which could also lead to fatal outcomes.
In the end, this product is simply not worth the risk. Much safer and more reliable options are available on the supplement market today, and you shold go with them instead.
