All you need to do is simply apply the Sweet Sweat Workout Enhancer gel to the area you want to target before each workout and the results will appear.
So is this gel really the solution for those frustrating inches that simply won’t go away no matter what? Will it improve your workout experience and results? Continue reading and find out everything you need to know about the Sweet Sweat Workout Enhancer.
How Does Sweet Sweat Workout Enhancer Work?
Sweet Sweat Workout Enhancer falls into the category of thermogenic compounds (1). The thermogenic process efficiently generates energy in the body. During physical activities, the body releases heat by using up the stored calories. For optimal calorie consumption, thermogenic actions must be sustained without overheating the exercising muscles. Beside the thermogenic effect, Sweet Sweat Workout Enhancer is also a topical vasodilator, meaning it can increase blood circulation and distribution throughout the body. The vasodilator process expands the blood vessels, allowing oxygen to reach the parts that need it the most.
When you apply the Sweet Sweat Workout Enhancer to the desired area, that area will not only start sweating more, but it will also activate your muscles, increasing the amount of oxygen, preventing muscle cramps, injuries, and any type of discomfort or pain. With these benefits, the user should be able to maximize their workout time and therefore enhance the fat burning process and weight loss (2).
Sweet Sweat Workout Enhancer Ingredients
White Snow Petrolatum – Mostly used as a moisturizer that eliminates the appearance of dry and itchy skin. White Snow Petrolatum contains emollients, substances that soften the skin and decrease its flaking. There has been no direct correlation between this ingredient and weight loss. Research also states that White Snow Petrolatum has a wide range of possible side effects. These side effects are very serious, some of them include allergic reactions, skin burning, red skin, skin changes, sogginess, and more. White Snow Petrolatum could also be toxic since it is derived from actual petroleum (fuel) (3).
Acai Pulp Oil – Is known to have many health benefits. This oil is supposed to be good for weight loss, anti-aging, and skin health. Acai Pulp oil is very rich in essential fatty acids (Omega 6 and Omega 9). Acai Pulp Oil also contains powerful antioxidants that can prevent many diseases, as a result of its strong effect on harmful compounds. Even though many weight loss products contain Acai Pulp Oil, there is no solid proof that it will have positive effects on weight loss or energy when applied externally (4).
Carnauba Wax – Also known as the Brazil Wax, Carnauba wax is derived from the Carnauba tree of Brazil. This wax is frequently used in cosmetic products and is known to soften skin. Carnauba Wax will, in fact, improve your skin’s look but it won’t have any effect on weight loss (5).
Pomegranate Seed Oil – This would be the first ingredient with actual scientific evidence. Studies have found various benefits linked to Pomegranate Seed Oil. Some of the benefits include improved heart health and blood vessels, lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol levels, and more. This oil also has antioxidant properties, improving overall health (6).
Organic Coconut Oil – This oil is commonly used in many food recipes, providing healthy fats, vitamins, and minerals. Some studies suggest that Coconut Oil has a positive effect on weight loss by suppressing the appetite and boosting the metabolism. The issue here is that the studies only tested the effects of Coconut Oil when taken orally. There is no evidence of the effects of external use (7).
Kosher Jojoba Oil – This ingredient is generally used for treating acne and problematic skin. Kosher Jojoba Oil can also widen the blood vessels, keeping the skin healthy and moisturized. Kosher Jojoba Oil has no significant effects on weight loss or energy (8).
Camelina Oil – There are some speculations around the positive effects of Camelina Oil on weight loss. But still, there are no results that would provide a strong case for Camelina Oil (9).
Squalene Oil – This oil has tremendous health benefits. Squalene Oil moisturizes the skin, keeping it soft and healthy. However, the most important benefit of this ingredient would be its ability to prevent cancer. The only issue with this ingredient is the toxicity, therefore it is advisable to only use Squalene Oil in very small doses. Sweet Sweat Workout Enhancer doesn’t provide information on the dosage, forming reasonable suspicion (10).
Aloe Vera Extract – Is a powerful anti-inflammatory ingredient, healing skin irritations and eczema. Taken orally, Aloe Vera can help in lowering cholesterol levels as well as blood sugar levels, but applying it on the skin won’t produce any weight loss effects (11).
Fragrance – Sweet Sweat Workout Enhancer provides a fresh scent every time you apply it, allowing you to feel more relaxed during and after your workout.
After looking at all the ingredients, we can definitely say that Sweet Sweat Workout Enhancer won’t affect weight loss. There is simply no way that a gel can enhance fat burning and energy. Sweet Sweat Workout Enhancer can increase the amount of sweat you produce, therefore creating a small “weight loss” effect, but this is only temporary. Looking at the main ingredients such as White Snow Petrolatum, Carnauba Wax, Aloe Vera Extract, they all have no correlation with weight loss or energy.
At first glance, Sweet Sweat Workout Enhancer might look appealing, but after this review, you would certainly think twice. You can expect a few positive effects if you decide to use this product. Sweet Sweat Workout Enhancer will loosen up your joints and improve blood circulation, but the bottom line is that Sweet Sweat Workout Enhancer really doesn’t do what it claims, it doesn’t burn fat or improve your energy levels.
If you’re looking for long-term weight loss results, this product is definitely not a good choice. On the other hand, if you’re looking to improve your skin health and simply feel better while you exercise, you can try this product out.
