The company claims that stress is one of the main factors that result in excess fat in the abdominal area, so this diet pill will not only help you fight stubborn fat but it will also promote a positive mood and well-being. Other claims made are that Relacore Extra will improve any diet plan you’re following. They have also supposedly sold over 12 million bottles across the globe.

How Does Realcore Extra Work?

As mentioned, the whole concept of Realcore Extra is to lower stress levels since they may be linked to excess abdominal fat accumulation. To fulfill its promises Realcore Extra contains numerous ingredients that are used to enhance your mood and weight loss. They even included various vitamins that help with overall health and well-being. Their official website includes research that shows a clear link between stress and excess belly fat, but just how effective are their ingredients in preventing stress?

Relacore Extra Ingredients

Realcore Extra is filled with numerous ingredients that could boost your weight loss and promote overall health. This might be true, but by simply looking at the ingredient list we can already spot potential problems, such as the proprietary blend found in the product.

The main ingredients found in Realcore Extra include:

  1. Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) (1000mg) – Is proven to be a great healer and protector for many health problems (1). This vitamin is essential for weight loss and muscle development since it can suppress our body’s release of the stress hormone called Cortisol. Cortisol can decrease testosterone levels and weight loss, destroying our results. That’s the last thing we want to happen, so keeping Cortisol low by boosting Vitamin C levels is essential for weight loss. However, Relacore Extra provides an extremely high dose of Vitamin C which may cause diarrhea and nausea in some individuals (2).
  2. Zinc (10mg) – This essential mineral is crucial for the maintenance of our health and mental wellness. Zinc has numerous benefits: it helps with hormonal balance, enhances immune function and digestion, improves cognition function, and more. Zinc also acts as an anti-oxidant, which may have a significant impact on many chronic diseases like cancer or cardiovascular disease. A direct correlation between Zinc and weight loss doesn’t exist though (3).
  3. Magnesium (100mg) – Magnesium is actually the 4th most common mineral in the body (4). It is used in over 300 different chemical processes including muscular contraction, synthesis of new muscle tissue, and the metabolism of ATP for energy. Although, Relacore Extra provides only 25% of the recommended daily intake of Magnesium (5).
  4. Vitamin B1 (Thiamin) (15mg) – Thiamin is used by the body for the regulation of carbs, fats, and protein (6). It helps control weight gain by utilizing fat and carbs for energy instead of storing them. Vitamin B1 is also crucial for the production of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) which is the main fuel of the entire body. However, Relacore Extra has also overdosed this vitamin, providing a dose that is ten times greater than the recommended one.
  5. Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) (10mcg) – Benefits our energy levels, memory, heart, mood, digestion, and much more. Vitamin B12 is another essential vitamin that helps with the regulation of the metabolism, including enzyme production and hormonal balance (7). Any Vitamin B12 deficiency could lead to various problems, such as chronic fatigue, depression, and stress. For the first time, Relacore Extra actually provides a suiting dose.
  6. Folic Acid (400mcg) – Plays an important role in the production of red blood cells and helps in the development of our brain function. This B vitamin also helps the body convert the food you eat into glucose, which in turn could be used as energy (8).
    Other ingredients include Calcium, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Biotin, and Pantothenic Acid.

Relacortin Plus Proprietary Blend main ingredients:

  1. Passionflower Powder – Is believed to be a natural anti-depressant with calming and relieving properties. However, studies still remain inconclusive as to whether this ingredient has any health benefits (9).
  2. Magnolia Extract – Has been used for centuries in traditional Chinese and Japanese medicine. Magnolia Extract can aid with menstrual cramps, abdominal pain, abdominal bloating, nausea, and indigestion. Magnolia Extract also has mild appetite suppressing properties, which are still not scientifically proven (10).
  3. Chinese Skullcap Powder – Another plant used as a traditional medicine. Chinese Skullcap is proven to reduce tumors and prevent inflammation. Although it may also cause side effects such as fever and respiratory problems (11).
  4. Asian Ginseng Extract – It has been said that Asian Ginseng boosts the immune system, which might improve the body’s ability to fight off diseases. Ginseng improves insulin sensitivity, which in turn promotes glucose uptake and prevents fat deposition. However, Korean Ginseng was found to be more effective for weight loss purposes (12).
  5. Poria Extract – Is used for treating several skin disorders. This herb also has calming properties which relieve some of the causes of insomnia and heart palpitations. There is no evidence that Poria helps with weight loss though (13).
  6. Perilla Extract – Contains flavones, substances that are potent antioxidants and prevent free radicals from inducing damage to our cells and DNA. Studies have still not concluded the final properties of the Perilla herb though (14).
  7. Jujube Extract – Is believed to help reduce stress levels, which is the main property of Relacore Extra. Jujube Extract also has positive effects on the skin (15).

Ingredients Summary

We could say that Relacore Extra has potentially solid ingredients. Some of them have actual proven properties, but still, there are two major issues brought into play. Firstly, most of the ingredients have little to no correlation with losing weight. They might benefit overall health but they most likely won’t impact your weight loss. Secondly, the dosages for many ingredients are not listed on the product's label, leaving the consumer without this essential information. There is no way to determine the true potency of the proprietary blend ingredients without knowing the actual dosages they come in, leaving a big question mark on this diet pill.

Conclusion

Relacore Extra has some positive aspects, such as the vitamins and minerals provided in the ingredient list. However, these ingredients will not necessarily help you lose weight. You might feel better overall, but as for losing belly fat, there is absolutely no evidence that would support this claim. If you want to improve overall health and mood, then you might as well go for Relacore Extra. But if you’re truly determined to lose weight, you will almost certainly have more success with a different product.
