Offering an all-natural formula that is free from artificial coloring, synthetic preservatives, and unnecessary sugars, the Phood formula is said to be one the most nutritionally balanced meal replacement solutions available today.

The Phood formula offers a myriad of features that are not that common in other meal replacement shake options. All of the ingredients inside the formula are sourced from non-GMO foods and are free from gluten, dairy and any form of animal products. Each serving of Phood provides the body with 18 grams of vegetable protein, which is the recommended intake per day, as well as 6 grams of fiber to promote digestive health.

Phood also provides 17 grams of healthy carbohydrates per serving and is completely free from soy products and trans fats.   1. PlantFusion Multi-Source Protein Blend (19,595 mg) – Phood uses a specific protein blend sourced from natural peas, artichokes, sprouted amaranth, organic quinoa, and algalin (1).   3. Land & Sea EFA Blend (5,187 mg) – This blend of flax seeds, Algalin, and Sunflower provides a crucial dose of the healthy Omega 3, 6, and 9 amino acids. The Phood formula sports natural and organic ingredients that have numerous benefits. All of these components can improve health and weight loss, however, we still face a huge issue with this formula. The dosing information for each ingredient is not available, meaning that we deal with proprietary blends. These blends are often used to cut production costs as the customers are not informed about the precise dosages for each component. Although potentially effective, these ingredients are most likely less beneficial since they come in the form of blends.

How to Take Phood

The Phood directions are fairly simple. All you need are two scoops of Phood powder and 12 ounces of water or any other beverage of your choice. Conclusion

Despite its tempting promises, Phood seems to be just another average meal replacement shake option. It is unlikely that this product provides any extraordinary benefits that are different from other meal replacement supplements. Nevertheless, Phood does still contain some useful and healthy ingredients, however, we are unable to determine their true potential since the manufacturers decided to add proprietary blends to the formula and not properly dosed components.

In the end, we cannot really conclude if Phood works efficiently or not. If you’re really eager to try this meal replacement shake you should do so but remember that there are a wide variety of meal replacment options available on the market today.
