NutriMost claims to have transformed hundreds of men and women, enabling them to feel more confident, happier, and pleased with their overall appearance. Better yet, this is a custom-system that gives each user a solution that's unique to their body.

The creators of this weight loss system also state that it’s one of the few solutions that users can count on and trust to generate the results they're striving for.

How Does NutriMost Work?

NutriMost claims to have a certified team of professional nutritionists and doctors who supervise each NutriMost user and their progress. The program itself advises participants to consume NutriMost supplements, which are the main “driver” of weight loss. Besides using their supplements, users must also undergo a strict calorie reduction, which can sometimes go down to only 700 calories per day (1). With that in mind, it’s not a surprise that people lose up to 40 pounds on a highly restrictive calorie diet (2). NutriMost is very similar to the HCG diet in which dieters consume as little as 500 calories per day while supplementing with HCG injections to curb their hunger and cravings (3). NutriMost also advises participants to consume whole and organic food which would keep their calorie count down while providing the body with the necessary fiber, which then suppresses appetite and the desire to overeat (4) (5).

Is NutriMost a Scam?

Now, if you have done some research on NutriMost you most likely read a few articles that refer to this weight loss program as a scam. But is it really a scam?

The program is definitely not a scan. However, one of the reasons why people were saying this was because of their “Weight Loss Guarantee”. NutriMost has claimed that clients can lose anywhere from 20 to 40 pounds in just 40 days. This guarantee does sound a bit fishy and unbelievable and may trick some people into believing they found the easiest and most real weight loss solution out there.

Just recently the FTC has stopped NutriMost from making these outrages guarantees. The FTC settled with NutriMost to provide a $2 million worth of refunds. NutriMost is still able to operate normally, however, they will need to be more careful from now on.

Will You Lose Weight on NutriMost?

Users who choose to follow the NutriMost weight loss program can expect to truly lose weight if they stick to the plan. Since their daily caloric intake will be so restricted, short-term weight loss is almost a sure thing (6). However, the weight dieters lose will depend solely on their body composition and personal calorie restriction. Also, any long-term success will greatly depend on the participant’s ability to maintain their lower calorie eating habits, as well as their willingness to add regular workouts and training routines to the mix (7).

NutriMost Side Effects

Just like most programs, the NutriMost program works differently for different people. This weight loss program might initially help with weight loss but there are a host of other factors you should know about. You also need to consider visiting your doctor or physician before the start of the NutriMost program, just to be sure.

Some of the potential NutriMost side effects include:

  • Fatigue resulting from an inadequate supply of calories
  • Constipation
  • Nausea
  • Diarrhea
  • Headaches
  • Sleeplessness

As mentioned, you will have to cut a large number of calories from your daily intake. This drastic reduction in calories may cause you to feel fatigued, which will eventually interfere with daily performance (8). There may also not be enough calories in your body to maintain a steady stream of energy, which could cause issues if you have a physically demanding job (9).

NutriMost Cost

The NutriMost weight loss program can be only obtained by signing up on their main website. After the sign up you will be directed to a personalized coach that will guide you through the whole process.

Now comes the biggest turn off for most people, the price. NutriMost pricing isn’t specified on their website, however, you can expect to pay a high price of at least $1500, or in some cases $2000. Now you may understand why many people simply go for an alternative program instead of NutriMost.

In the end, the NutriMost program teaches us that a big calorie deficit, a proper mix of foods, supplements, and some exercising will result in weight loss (10). But most of us already knew that, which begs the question, why would anyone pay an insane price tag of $1500 or $2000 for it?

Bottom line, if you have the option to spend larger sums of money, then you could give the NutriMost weight loss program a try. A professional nutritionist will guide you through the process and make the journey a lot easier. On the other hand, if you have a smaller budget you could simply diet and exercise on your own, it’s not that complicated. All you need is some motivation and willpower.
