Another benefit of Vi Shakes is a significant increase in energy due to the various minerals and vitamins provides. Body by Vi Shakes will also supposedly increase the body’s ability to break down proteins, increasing the overall effectiveness of colon and digestion health.

Ingredients are extremely important no matter what kind of supplement you’re buying. Fortunately, Vi Shakes have a properly designed ingredients list and nutritional label which minimizes the risk of any adverse effects.
The Body by Vi Shakes contain many ingredients, here are the most important ones:
- Soy Protein Isolate – Is a pure form of protein derived from soybeans. This ingredients is 90 to 95% protein and has virtually no carbohydrates. Soy has been generally used to treat high cholesterol levels, high blood pressure, and even obesity, since it has a very low calorie content (1). Now, while Soy Protein Isolate might be a well-rounded source of protein and amino acids, this ingredient is most likely GMO if not stated differently on the packaging (2).
- Fibersol – Represents a 90% fiber source that is specifically patented to lower LDL bad cholesterol and blood sugar levels (3). A study from Nutrition Research even showed that only 10g of fiber with each meal per day significantly enhanced weight loss. This study also demonstrated how Fibersol stimulates satiety and appetite suppression (4).
- Whey Protein Concentrate – Is one of the cheapest forms of Whey Protein which is actually a byproduct of cheese production.
